30-Day Return Policy

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us by emailing support@healthstopshop.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us a photo of the item. We will arrange for a courier to collect it at no cost to you. You may choose to receive a replacement at no extra charge or request a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Wrong Product Ordered: If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
