Shipping Policy for United States Orders

Welcome to HealthStopShop! We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, including clear and transparent shipping policies. Please review the guidelines below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order Updates & Tracking: Once you place an order, you will receive email updates on its status, including the tracking number once it has been dispatched.
  • Delivery Service Zone: We currently offer delivery services exclusively within the USA.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same day.
  • Delivery Time: During regular seasons, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 working days (Monday through Saturday).

Delivery Costs

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This offer applies to all eligible locations within our delivery service areas.

Delivery Issues & Address Changes

  • Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refunds.

  • Address Changes: Once an order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you need to update your address, please contact us within one day of placing your order.

Receiving Your Order

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If items are damaged or incorrect, refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged" and contact us immediately.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before Shipping: Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to request a refund.

Additional Information

  • Gift Wrapping: Not available at this time.

  • Bank Holidays: Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

  • Taxes: healthstopshop.com does not charge additional taxes.

  • Delayed Deliveries: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
